WHAT IS TAT?

Tapas Acupressure Technique or TAT is an energy therapy that helps people achieve change in a very gentle way.   It uses a pose which involves holding acupressure points on the front and back of the head while putting attention first on the problem, then on the desired outcome, and on a number of other related steps.

You can download a FREE manual that explains the basics of how to do it here

TAT often seems to work well on more global difficulties than EFT does while  EFT is at its best when it is used on quite specific issues or aspects of issues.  TAT can be a gentle but powerful standalone therapy or used in partnership with EFT.  As a therapist, I do either or both according to the client I am working with.

TAT seems to have a way of moving people out of being stuck in a story or situation or belief and move them through the barriers that have held them back from resolving or dissolving it. TAT can help us move through barriers and beliefs that have held us back from resolution. It goes beyond wishing or hoping or visualizing or affirming and somehow often just dissolves the obstacles.

TAT was developed in the 1990's by American acupuncturist Tapas Fleming. It often seems to deliver inner peace, empowerment and relaxation in a short time.

As with EFT, you can use TAT for yourself or with a certified professional like me. Or both.

There is a link on my tapping shop page to Tapas’s shop with its wide range of DVDs, CDs, MP3s and other material if you want to explore TAT further.
